Flash Pyrolysis

 

Flash Pyrolysis is the utilization of high temperature, in the absence of oxygen, to decompose organic materials with the purpose of creating specific chemical reactions.  Some Flash Pyrolysis systems are designed to dispose of waste without contaminating the atmosphere.  Other systems are designed to process biomass and create bio-oils.

 

Dr. Carew designed a unique Flash Pyrolysis system to produce not only bio-oils, but electricity as well as designer fuels.  The proprietary system utilizes a small footprint and is scalable for a variety of projects.  The system will create valuable energy products from Waster Water Sludge, Municipal Waste, Shale and other materials containing carbon based materials.
